For the past two days, Starr and I have been going on walks in the morning. On average he wakes up at 4:30 am. Once I roll out of bed, it’s about a couple hours after he’s been awake. This is my favorite time of the day.

Yesterday, I brought my mug out with me. When the sun has already been out for a few hours, the day feels less mysterious. Kind of like those first few hours of dawn hold the best part of the day.

Starr has been so good on his walks. I say this because when he was a puppy, he would pull the leash so much. Now, he does consistent check-ins.

This week had a weird start. On Monday I couldn’t get out of a weird funk of a feeling. Do you have a spontaneous routine you like to do when all your other routines are maxed out?

I’m learning to adjust to my day to day. One of my projects is completed for the week, and I couldn’t be prouder for getting it done. Next, I have a bunch of recycled goods I’m hoping to use for Starr.
